Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Dash ground ginger
- Dash ground cloves
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil or melted butter

Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients.
- Mix the wet and combine with dry.
- Cook on your favourite well-oiled griddle or non-stick frying pan (make sure its already up to temperature before starting).
