RadishMost of your seeds should be planted by now.   Don’t forget you can extend your harvest period by replanting one crop when the previous crop is harvested.

Radishes mature in 30-45 days and can be replanted several times.  Once the weather gets too hot, this vegetable goes to seed before forming a root.  If your radish goes to seed, don’t worry, you can eat the seed pod while they are still green, and they taste just like ….. guess what….. a radish.
