11:30 AM – SPRING BOUNTY: Join local fermentation & foraging guru Hanh Tran as she demonstrates Cleaver Pesto, Rhubarb Kombucha and Foraged Spring Salad.
1:30 PM – GROWING POTATOES: Join local grower Dirk Groenenberg as he shares his expertise on choosing, planting, growing and protecting your potato crop from disease and pests.
